The Bayelsa State Command has arrested a yet-to-be identified middle-aged man for being in possession of female pants and underwears.

He was arrested on Thursday, 19th of November in Imiringi, Ogbia Local Government Area in Bayelsa State.


The Edo-born man who has been posing as a pastor was also caught with laminated pictures of young girls , a big Bible and other items in his bag.


Earlier, an angry mob planned to lynch him, but the police intervened.


He was arrested and taken to the Ogbia Division of the Bayelsa State Police Command.
