Butcher/Motorcyclist Crushed To Death By Speeding Truck In Ondo State

It was a sad moment for residents of Uka in Owo town of Ondo state on Sunday, 15th of July, 2018, as a unidentifiable motorcyclist was crushed to death by a truck in the vicinity. The ugly incident happened around 1pm at the Uka axis, near Skye Bank Plc on the expressway leading to the central part of the town.

It was reported by Michael Isiaka, that the motorcyclist, also identified as a butcher/meat seller was approaching from Imade College before he met his untimely death at Uka Junction as he had a head-on collision with the truck approaching from the town’s central market, “Oja Ikoko”, as a result of his speeding.

While laying in the pool of his blood, some people gathered and tried to rush him to a nearby hospital in attempt to save his life but unfortunately, he eventually died on the way.

However, the corpse has been deposited in a mortuary situated in the town.
